We can’t rave about Clerkdogs enough. The concept is simple: a movie recommendation site powered by expert film buffs – many of which are former video store clerks. It was started by the founder of Reel.com as a way to recommend movies to people who are looking for an experience similar to that of going into a local, independent video store, a place where they’re certain to get personalized recommendations based on their favorites.
