FillAnyPDF – Sign and Send Your Forms Online

ss-fillanypdf

FillAnyPDF.com is a site addressing some common annoyances users experience while attempting to fill out PDF forms. The most common of these—and the problem FillAnyPDF really takes hold of—is the hassle of printing out your forms in order to sign them. The nice thing about FillAnyPDF is that you can sign and send your forms entirely online. And don’t worry: they offer traceability so that your online signature is valid. Not only is this print-free strategy good for the environment, it’s also good for your sanity.

One of the things we really like about FillAnyPDF is how easy it is to use. There aren’t any downloads necessary and you can use any PDF form (no need for them to be interactive, for example). The best thing about the site is probably how much clutter it reduces. If you’re sending forms, for example, you’ll receive them much quicker since users don’t have to print a single thing.

Another nice bonus is that you can edit mistakes easily using either white out or redaction. You can also add either a personalized message or a group invitation when sending your PDF. While the look of the site could use a bit of work, we’re pretty excited about all of the advantages FillAnyPDF has to offer and we definitely recommend it.

Practical Uses:

  • Scan and transform your ugly paper documents into an easy-to-complete online form
  • Sign a contract online without the hassle of printing
  • Send an invitation for your customers to fill out an order form

Insider Tips:

  • Edit the PDF by either blacking or whiting out the text (you can type over the white out as needed)
  • Sign up for the Enterprise account for the ability to transfer forms using FTP
  • Use the search page on fillanypdf.com to search anything that has been typed onto your forms

What we liked:

  • Free accounts for nonprofit agencies or companies that benefit the environment
  • Setup is fast and convenient
  • Simplistic interface and functionality means few users will be overwhelmed

What we didn’t like:

  • The look of the website could use some polishing, especially if the creators aim to secure corporate clients
