Bill On Site – Send Invoices On-the-Go

In the past you needed envelopes and stamps to send invoices, then you needed a fax machine or a computer. Now you don’t need any of those things, since Bill on Site lets you send invoices directly from your smartphone or mobile device no matter where you are in the world. Rather than waiting until you’ve returned to the office to send out invoices and bills, Bill on Site works on your schedule and lets you send out documents whenever you remember to do so.

After entering your email, address, and other pertinent information to be listed on your new company invoices, get started using Bill On Site by checking out your customized dashboard. Before sending out any bills, be sure to select a preferred payment method and determine any taxes, fees, late payment penalties, or discounts that need to be included. You can add contact information for new clients from within the site as well, which will make sending out invoices from your mobile phone quicker when you get going. Once you’re all set up online, flip over to your web-enabled phone and log on to Bill On Site’s mobile page to start sending invoices to clients—it’s that easy.

Whether you’re out at a job site or just waiting in line at a coffee shop, you can use Bill On Site’s mobile system to go over billing issues when you have the time rather than when you happen to be sitting in front of a computer. For small business owners and freelancers in a variety of industries, Bill On Site may prove to be a useful tool for handling all of your invoicing and billing issues.

Practical Uses:

  • Invoice a client before you leave the job site
  • Tell a client instantly whether he or she has paid a past invoice in full
  • Send invoices while waiting in line at a deli
  • Instantly enter the hours spent on a particular job using your mobile phone while you’re still on site

Insider Tips:

  • Saving client contact information makes sending invoices from your mobile device even easier, since there’s less information to type
  • Download invoices as PDF files
  • Receive payments via PayPal, as well as check, cash, or money order
  • View all invoices that have been sent out and paid using the mobile web interface

What we liked:

  • Sending out invoices from a mobile device saves time
  • Business owners are less likely to forget important information, such as the quoted price or hours worked, by creating the invoice right at the job site
  • Invoices are all downloadable and printable
  • It’s impossible to lose invoices, since they are all saved within the system

What we didn’t like:

  • Accessing Bill On Site can be tricky—although not impossible—from a Blackberry
  • Mobile phones must have web access in order to send invoices

  1. Thanks for the mention! I’m part of the Billing Boss team. Yes, we’re definitely an alternative to Bill on Site.

For each invoice created through our mobile phone interface, it’s also available in the web interface accessed through a laptop or desktop. Some users find it easier to manage all their invoices through a larger web interface.

One other feature is the ability for your accountant or bookkeeper to download all the invoices and track payments made. With this, you won’t need to think about passing this information to the accountant/bookkeeper. They can do their job, and you can concentrate on building your business. It’s just one of the many things we offer to make the process easier for our customers.

  2. Oops, forgot to state this in my last post though it’s obvious –

Full Disclosure: This author has been compensated by Sage.

  3. great submit, very informative. I ponder why the other experts of this sector don’t realize this. You should continue your writing. I’m
confident, you’ve a great readers’ base already!

    • 16a63libby351ceHello po,Paano po ba ang computation pag maewopnr services. VAT registered po yung agency. For example: Php 7,000.00 ang reimbursable salaries and wages then less with Cash Advances of Php 600.00 with Php 210 agency fee. Do we deduct the advances then deduct the taxes or get the taxes before we deduct the advances? Or get only the taxes on the agency fee?Thank you po. 160

  4. Your mode of telling all in this piece of writing is truly good, all be able to without difficulty be aware of
    it, Thanks a lot.

  5. This is the right web site for anyone who really wants to find out about this topic.

You realize so much its almost tough to argue with you (not
that I actually would want to…HaHa). You definitely put a
fresh spin on a subject which has been written about for ages.

    Excellent stuff, just great!
