Degree3 – Provide Answers to Your Readers’ Questions

Degree3 is a tool that web publishers can use to support Q&A communities on their own websites and blogs. By adding a simple plugin, publishers can create online communities, answer customer questions, and reduce customer support costs all at the same time.

No matter what type of site you run, there’s a good chance your readers or visitors have some questions. When you start using Degree3, your readers can ask you those questions directly, rather than returning to search engines and looking for outside responses and answers. Just add the simple Degree3 plugin to your site, and visitors can start clicking on a floating Q&A tab that appears on the right-hand side of every page. Clicking on the tab pulls up a Q&A screen, where visitors can ask questions and read replies. You’ll receive an instant notification each time a customer posts a question on your site, and you can reply to the question directly by visiting the Q&A page and typing in a response. Degree3 also offers a “similar questions” tool that helps eliminate redundancy by automatically pulling up questions that seem similar to the queries new customers are typing in.

Degree3 is more than just a Q&A tool. It’s also an online community, of sorts. Visitors can vote on the best questions and answers, and share the content they’ve posted on their favorite social networking sites. The best questions and answers can be added to the site FAQ at any time, helping to reduce support costs and make it easier for visitors to find the answers to their most burning questions.
