Flow – Manage Projects Without the Chaos

Flow is a task management and online collaboration application that takes the chaos and confusion out of group projects. Teams that use Flow don’t have to worry about missed emails, overflowing inboxes, or disorganized meetings. Instead, they can focus on what really matters: getting things done.

When you’re ready to get your team on track, sign up for a Flow account and start your free 14-day trial. Invite your colleagues, friends, and family members to start using Flow; the web-app will keep these contacts separate, so you don’t have to worry about friends seeing the tasks or comments you’ve shared with colleagues from work. If you’re not sure who to invite, then link up Flow with your Google, Facebook, and Twitter accounts, and Flow will immediately provide you with a list of suggested contacts. Once you’ve gotten your account set up, the next step is to create a new task. Each task gets a due date and tags. You can also add tasks to the lists you’ve created, and make task assignments to colleagues. Colleagues will see the tasks you’ve added in their Recent Activity feed, and they can leave comments to ask for further explanation, which show up on the dashboard in real time.

Flow makes sure that important tasks and events never fall through the cracks. The web-app sends automatic notifications via web, email, iPhone, and Mac app each time there’s activity on a task or a list you’re following. Flow also offers an iPhone app, which provides all the web-app’s most useful project management tools in a mobile setting.
