In the world of sales, efficiency is everything. Close.io is a web-application that was built by salespeople for salespeople. The system itself was developed as a solution to the problems that sales reps for Elastic were having when dealing with an outdated CRM platform. Frustrated by the inefficiencies of the platform they were using, Elastic decided to build its own tool and ended up creating Close.io in the process.
Close.io is a platform that makes calls, sends emails and automatically tracks all sales activity for companies of all sizes. Visit your dashboard page to see an overview of your sales pipeline. All the deals in your pipeline are viewable on one screen, and they can be sorted by user or by status. Collect detailed information about each sales lead by adding notes, contact information and custom fields. All sales calls and emails are logged into the system automatically, and new lead information pops up on your browser screen the second your telephone rings. As a result, you’re able to get a full overview of all the activity going on with each lead on a single screen, including the conversations your colleagues have had with other contacts at the lead’s company.
In addition to tracking calls, Close.io also makes them. Use VoIP calling to connect with leads without leaving the online platform. Find contact information from past leads by searching in your company’s database. Close.io lets you search by activity (like email or call) along with date or lead name. Ultimately, salespeople who use Close.io are able to increase the time they spend communicating with potential clients and decrease the time they spend handling manual entry tasks.
