HookFeed – Dig Deep Into Customer Analytics

ss-hookfeed
Buried deep within Stripe is a treasure trove of customer data that most businesses never know exists. HookFeed is a web-based application that helps its users uncover that data, providing businesses with a better understanding of what’s happening with their customers and their revenue.

HookFeed works with your Stripe account, with no coding or setup required to begin. Almost as soon as you’ve connected the two services, you can start digging into data that shows how much revenue you’re bringing in, how much you could be bringing in, and how much you’ve lost due to charge failures. HookFeed shows you exactly who purchased plans or product from your business each day, along with how and when those purchases were made. Businesses that offer subscriptions can also see which customers upgraded, downloaded, or cancelled their plans, and how those changes have impacted projected revenues.

When businesses know exactly how many customers they currently have using trial accounts, they’re better able to convert those customers into paying subscribers. HookFeed also helps prevent churn by showing which subscribers’ credit cards are about to expire, and which subscribers are currently past due on their payments.

Practical Uses:

  • See exactly how much your business is bringing in from paying subscribers
