CurdBee is an online system that aims to take the hassle out of billing and invoicing for small businesses and freelancers. Whether your biggest struggle is keeping track of payments, creating professional-looking invoices, or just staying organized on a day-to-day basis—CurdBee is a system that can help. Because the system was created with small business owners in mind, CurdBee was designed to be as intuitive and streamlined as possible, making it an excellent option for those with minimal accounting experience.
When you’re working with CurdBee, designing professional looking invoices and estimates for customers is as simple as uploading a company logo and selecting a color scheme. From there, you can add new clients, create new items, or set up recurring profiles for invoices that should be sent out daily, weekly, or monthly. Once your system is in use, begin tracking invoices and receive immediate notice when an invoice has been paid. Among the features CurdBee offers is the ability to allow clients to pay through PayPal, Google Checkout, or 2Checkout by clicking on links embedded in the invoice itself.
CurdBee offers both free and paid accounts, depending on the amount of billing you do each month, and gives users the option to add on a la cart services like recurring billings or estimates at an additional fee. CurdBee may not be the most feature-heavy invoicing system available, however its straightforward design and uncomplicated interface make it an ideal solution for small business owners looking for an easier way to handle billing and invoices.
