Capsule – Take Control of Your Business’ Relationships

Countless applications claim they can help users do a better job of keeping track of communication with important clients, but Capsule aims to help businesses do even more than that. The comprehensive CRM application says it can help users manage all the relationships that their company has built—not only with important clients, but also with vendors, colleagues, customers, and even potential customers whose information could be needed at some point in the future. Capsule keeps a complete history of all the communication coming into and out of your company in one simple, centralized spot.

Thanks to Capsule’s intuitive interface and general ease-of-use, there’s very little day-to-day effort required when using the application once your company has gotten started. Detailed contact pages make it easy to search for information about any customer or vendor, including references to all emails that have been sent or received by that contact. Capsule can also be used to track incoming or outgoing project bids and proposals, and the application’s milestone feature gives users an easy way to track where each project is at during any point in time. Like most other CRM applications, Capsule also features countless collaborative to-do list tools and calendar features, helping coworkers communicate and work more effectively as a team.

For businesses with more unique needs, Capsule includes features such as categories, tags, and other custom fields that can be added to better reflect the issues you deal with each day. In addition, the application’s overall design can be customized to include your company’s branding and logos, to create an even more personalized feel. With so many CRM applications available to choose from, making a decision as to which one is best can be tough. But Capsule does a fantastic job of moving itself to the top of the pack thanks to its abundant features and general simplicity of use.
