Crowdbooster – Intelligent Social Media Management

What’s the point in cultivating such an active community of followers and fans through social media if you can’t learn anything from the experience? Crowdbooster is a tool that businesses of all sizes can use to grow their presence online and learn more about their customers in the process.

Crowdbooster works by analyzing the information from your Twitter and Facebook pages and using that data to offer insight into what it is that your customers want to see. Before you can get started gleaning this information, however, you’ll need to sign in through Twitter and add your company Facebook page information. Crowdbooster will then start the process of sifting through your social networking data. The process of processing this information takes time, but you’ll get an email from Crowdbooster when your dashboard page is ready to review. Based on the information that Crowdbooster has found, the web-app can offer you all types of insights and recommendations on how to better reach influencers online and create content that your target audience actually wants to see. The web-app also shows the metrics behind each and every tweet you’ve sent out, and creates audience graphs to help you see which of your followers has the most influence among followers online.

Social media managers who are expected to handle multiple business accounts will especially like Crowdbooster, since it brings multiple Twitter and Facebook Pages together under one umbrella. Social media managers can also use Crowdbooster to create charts that track fan growth and consumer interest online—an excellent feature for professionals who are expected to make formal presentations with this type of data during company meetings and events.

Practical Uses:

  • Find out how you could improve your company’s presence online
  • See which of your Twitter followers has the most social influence
  • Reward Facebook fans who spread the word about your latest promotions
  • Justify your role within the company by showing how Twitter mentions have risen since your position as media manager was created
