bagelHint – Usability Testing For Websites & Apps

Are all the bells and whistles you’re designing for your new website really worth the added time and expense? With bagelHint, you can quickly find out what real people think of the design you’ve put together. Simply upload a mockup of your website or app, and start soliciting feedback from real people in real time.

To find out what people really think of the website you’re creating, sign up for a bagelHint account and create a new survey. Enter the URL of the website you’d like bagelHint to capture, or upload a mockup and use that image instead. BagelHint will use the screenshot or mockup you’ve provided underneath a few basic questions, asking reviewers to click on the area of the page that stands out most or add notes to any areas of the design that should be changed. If those questions don’t provide the specific answers you need, no problem. With bagelHint, you can ask open questions, multiple choice questions, and record the location when reviewers click on your images. You can also provide reviewers with a quick glimpse of your mockup, and then ask them to tell you which elements they remember most.

To start collecting responses, share the survey link provided by bagelHint with all of your friends and associates on Twitter or through email. Although the options available for users with free plans are limited, bagelHint users who upgrade to paid accounts can create an unlimited number of surveys and solicit an unlimited number of results. They can also create password protected surveys, which are useful in cases where the website being worked on is for a private client or organization.
