Getquantify – Helping SMBs Get Things Done

Small business owners know all too well the pressure that comes with making sure everyday tasks and important to-dos get done in a timely fashion. When things fall through the cracks, businesses suffer. Getquantify is a cloud-based application that companies can use to prevent missing deadlines and ensure they stay as organized as possible.

Check out your Getquantify dashboard page for a complete overview of everything you’ve got going on in a given day or week. On this page, you’ll see the number of open tasks and projects, the day’s events, and any overdue tasks that need to be completed. The dashboard page is also where you’ll find an activity feed that shows everything you and your colleagues have been doing in the app, along with a notifications feed that keeps you updated on everything that needs to be completed ASAP. Each project that you add to Getquantify should get a description, a priority level, and a deadline. This data helps Getquantify identify when action needs to be taken to avoid falling behind on major projects.

In addition to creating tasks and organizing projects, you can also use Getquantify to track the time you spend on specific items (to avoid spending too much time on low-priority projects) and keep your personal and professional calendars synced. Getquantify even sends in-app and email notifications when important deadlines are looming.

Practical Uses:

  • Make a list of everything you need to get done this week
  • Track how much time you spend on a certain client’s project
  • Never forget to file a report by a certain deadline
  • Find out what tasks you need to accomplish, even when you’re working from home

Insider Tips:

  • Getquantify integrates with Dropbox
  • Calendar feeds can be imported to iCal or iPhone calendars
  • Getquantify supports nine languages
  • Users can sign up for in-app or email notifications

What we liked:

  • Teams can use Getquantify to make sure they’re on the same page
  • People can upload images to go along with certain tasks
  • Businesses can use Getquantify to generate and send invoices
