GetKudos – Curate Positive Customer Reviews

ss-getkudos
The best way to build trust with consumers online is by demonstrating a track record of success. GetKudos is a platform that does just that, giving businesses a way to curate actual reviews from real people on social media and display those reviews publicly on their own websites for the world to see.

Showing off isn’t always a bad thing, especially when it involves promoting all the positive reviews your business is generating from customers on platforms like Twitter and Facebook. Follow GetKudos’ step-by-step guides to get the application working on your existing software—GetKudos works great on 3DCart, Drupal, BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, and Joomla, among many others—and begin importing reviews from social channels like Facebook and Twitter. GetKudos lets you curate the reviews you import, ensuring any negative reviews aren’t promoted on your site. The application even suggests the best reviews for you to use. The reviews you select appear in the GetKudos widget you’ve embedded in your website. A floating or inline widget can be customized based on your individual needs.

GetKudos ensures its users that it won’t spam their Facebook or Twitter feeds. The application only imports comments left by a business’ fans in the “Recent Posts by Others” section of Facebook. On Twitter, GetKudos has created a “Suggested Reviews” feature to make it even easier for businesses to determine which reviews are worthy of showing off. Although GetKudos is limited to those two social media platforms right now, the application’s creators say they are studying more platforms to potentially integrate in the future.
