As people begin applying for the jobs you post, you’ll start seeing candidate profiles in your Workable account. Everything you should know about a job applicant is viewable on a single page, including a resume, cover letter, notes, feedback, and interview information. Workable even does the research to dig up each candidate’s social media profiles, when available.
Based on the information that Workable uncovers, you can decide which candidates to extend interviews to and you can send mass emails to those applicants who weren’t selected for a current position.
