MeetingHero – Host Focused Meetings

ss-meetinghero
MeetingHero is an application that helps its users host more productive, focused meetings with their colleagues and clients. Relying on web-based technology, along with structured agendas and discussion topics, people can use MeetingHero on their smartphones, tablets, and desktop computers.

MeetingHero makes it easier for teams to stick to their agendas during important meetings, with a number of useful collaboration and productivity features. Type in a list of discussion topics on an individual meeting page, making sure to include information about any decisions that were reached during the meeting itself. To keep meetings even more focused, you can add discussion topics beforehand and check them off as the meeting progresses. You can also add action items based on conversations that took place in a meeting, and create a list of open issues that need to be addressed at some point in the future.

At the end of each meeting, MeetingHero provides participants with a sharable meeting summary. This means that colleagues can stay updated on everything they missed, even if they have to leave meetings early. MeetingHero also syncs with Google Calendar, which means users can create new meetings and invite participants without changing their existing workflows.

Practical Uses:

  • Create an agenda before an upcoming meeting
  • Stick to your discussion points to avoid going off topic
