Impraise is a web-based performance management solution for businesses. Designed to provide employees with insights into their strengths and weaknesses, Impraise is a mobile-optimized platform that runs in real-time and helps businesses operate more efficiently.
The idea behind Impraise is that businesses can encourage employee growth through a combination of continuous feedback, peer coaching, and employer recognition. Essentially, employees will perform better at their jobs when they’re aware of how they’re performing. Employees can ask for feedback on their performance at recent meetings or presentations through the Impraise mobile app, and push notifications are sent to co-workers asking for their two-cents. The feedback that co-workers submit through Impraise is kept anonymous, however users are able to include their names on evaluations if they like. Managers have complete access to all feedback collected through Impraise, and they can use the data when evaluating staffers and putting together annual performance reviews.
In addition to pinpointing individual weaknesses — for example, when an employee asks “What could I have done better during last week’s presentation?” — Impraise can also be useful at helping managers identify company-wide inefficiencies. As a result, businesses that use Impraise are able to make their meetings more efficient.
