Goalkeeper – Collaborative Project Management

Goalkeeper is an online project management system that uses tracking software and team collaboration to help users meet their goals more effectively. No matter what type of business you run, Goalkeeper allows you to map out projects, delegate tasks, share files, and keep track of the issues and bugs that could seriously throw your project off course.

Unlike many other project management systems, Goalkeeper lets you try out its features with a free 30-day trial before deciding for sure whether it’s an application your company could use. Once you sign on and designate yourself as a team leader, get started by creating a new project and inviting collaborators to join in and take part. Once your whole team has signed up, you can add tickets, delegate tasks, and set deadlines. Use color-coded labels to stay organized, and stay on track with the overall project status by customizing your dashboard to show all the most pertinent information. When a collaborator has completed a task, his or her status will be updated and you’ll receive a notice allowing you to confirm the ‘finished’ status or send the ticket back to be fixed and completed again.

Goalkeeper can help keep your clients more in the loop, too, by allowing them limited access to your company site that shows only the projects they need to view. If a project seems like it’s getting off course, clients can send a personalized message or leave a comment for a specific team member with additional information on what needs to be fixed. Overall, Goalkeeper is a feature-heavy project management system that could really be useful to a wide variety of businesses.

Practical Uses:

  • Stay organized when working on a big project
  • Share documents without fear of losing or misplacing an important file
  • Assign tasks to team members and receive notice when work is done
  • Set budgets and view how much money has been spent at any given time

Insider Tips:

  • Use settings to determine what each collaborator can view within the system
  • Sort project tasks by status, priority, or alphabetically
  • Email to-do lists to all collaborators with a simple click of a button
  • Import team contact information from Google Contacts

What we liked:

  • Drag and drop functionality makes organizing lists easy
  • Ability to adjust task deadlines if the need should arise
  • No sign up fee or long-term financial commitments after joining
  • Create task tickets and additional to-do checklists for collaborators

  2. Hi
Thanks for sharing this nice information. I have been using MS Project 2007 for project management solutions. I’d like to use Free plan for individual users.
    Cheers

  3. It basically works on a “land and expand” principle so you are free to go whenever
you feel the need to move on. When they completed the
course and went to the school with backpacks, the children came to the counselors office to
meet them. After the break your mind is refreshed, you’re more alert and you can focus again.

  4. Tone 80% of body muscle – convert flab into muscle.
You could do this many ways with experience gifts, for example, you could have wine and dinner on a cruise ship.
For example, meat is common food in North America, Australia and Europe.

  5. Today there are lots of people who want to relocate due to different reason.
It just takes effort and putting a game plan
together. What got us into this financial and real estate mess in
    the first place.

  6. Today, only 600 feet of the original street remain along with several historic
homes. At this point your house builder will notify their subcontractors that the basement
is in and to plan on scheduling their rough in work within the
next week. You can always give away something later after you get
    control of your clutter.

  7. Wɦen run by experienced professionals, these courses
can teaϲh the қinds of communication and organisationɑl skills
needed for this demanding, bսt exϲitiոg, career. It’s
quick and easy to rinse out a tub, but soap scum, hɑir, or
other debris in a soap dish will quickly let yοu know how carefully уour room attendant cleaned your sɦower area.
Аccommodation is not a problem due to ѕeveral budget hotels situated in the city.
