Put together in a clean and intuitive way, Notebox makes it easy for clients to make notes directly on the provided images and share those notes with their designers—cutting down on the confusion and chaos that can oftentimes accompany the website-creation process.
When you begin using Notebox to manage your web design clients, you’ll start by setting up new client pages for all the companies and individuals you’re working with. Clients will each get their own custom URLs, which is where they can find all the images you’ve uploaded for their projects. Upload your designs as .jpg, .png, or .pdf files and then add any notes you’d like to include on the images themselves before sending them off for your clients to review. When your clients visit their custom Notebox page, they’ll see the image you’ve uploaded along with any notes that you have strategically placed on selected areas of the screen. Clients can then add their own notes, ask question about specific elements, or highlight any areas of concern.
As soon as your clients add their own notes, you’ll receive an automated email message from Notebox informing you of their response. You can then make the additional changes, upload a new version of the design, and start the process all over again until you’ve arrived at a design that everyone loves.
