Cronsync is a robust application with a bevy of useful features, which means it may take you time to get comfortable with the platform. Type in each client’s name and all the current projects you’re working on, making sure to include information about the pricing structure you’ve agreed upon with the client. Once this information is in the system, Cronsync will begin helping you track the time you spend working on projects with an hourly fee structure. If you forget to log your time using Cronsync’s automatic timer, you can always add it manually. You can also use Cronsync to handle basic accounting tasks. Invoices—which can be created to include your personal logo—can be sorted in the system by number, client, date of invoice, payment date, or amount. When it’s time to collect, just print the invoice to mail or download it in a digital format.
Although Cronsync is an excellent tool for freelancers, it also offers a number of features that teams will appreciate. Groups of employees can log into a company account with their own usernames and passwords, and managers can designate unique administrative privileges based on each employee’s position within the company.
