Cream.hr is a web-application that takes the guesswork out of hiring. Rather than sorting potential job candidates by previous work experience or educational background, Cream.hr uses hard science to pinpoint the applicants who are most likely to make a major impact at your company.
Quit wasting time browsing through the hundreds of resumes that come into your inbox each week, and move your hiring process over to the Cream.hr platform. Add Cream.hr’s “Apply Now” button to any job listings you post online, and potential applicants will be prompted to fill out a customized (and branded) application form hosted on the Cream.hr site. Once they complete the application, candidates will be encouraged to partake in a 20 or 45-minute online assessment. During these assessment tests, applicants will be guided through a series of multiple choice questions meant to measure their cognitive abilities, along with personalities traits and preferences. Cream.hr then takes the data gleaned from these assessments and uses it to populate a real-time dashboard for hiring managers.
Using the dashboard, you can filter candidates based on their strongest traits. Cream.hr helps you bring entrepreneurial candidates to the forefront when hiring for management positions, for example, while singling out extroverted applicants when filling sales team positions. Cream.hr lets you layer filters together to find the top applicants for any specific position, presenting you with the perfect short-list of professionals to interview in person.
