TouristEye – A to Z Trip Planning

ss-touristeye
TouristEye is a web-application that encourages its users to take their vacations one day at a time. Part trip planner, part recommendation engine, part travel guide, the TouristEye app is all a traveler needs to take on his or her next expedition.

Login to TouristEye through Facebook or Twitter, or sign up with an email account. Type in the name of your destination and the dates when you’re planning to go. TouristEye will provide you with personalized recommendations for places to visit and things to see at the destination you’ve entered based on your preferences and tastes, along with the opinions of your online friends. The application will provide you with ideas for hotels and restaurants to check out, as well. Plan the details of your trip using TouristEye’s trip planner, making sure to include specific information on which monuments or sights you plan to check out on which days.

If you download TouristEye’s iPhone or Android app, you can take all the information you’ve gathered with you on the road. Quickly pull up your trip itinerary to see what you’ve planned for the day, or to find out the address of the hotel or hostel you’re staying at for the night. All of the information you’ve saved to your TouristEye account (including maps) is available even when your phone is in offline mode, ensuring you won’t incur any unexpected roaming charges when traveling overseas.
